Struggling Father desirous to see his Son - 32
My Dearest Beta Shanu,
Today when I was bowing down after my meditation some feelings erupted in my innerself which I’m sharing with you dearest son. It may be an illusion, but it’s an impulsive and sustainable feeling which creates enough vibrations which are not sufficient for me to have feeling of inner peace but for anyone whom I touch in reality or virtually. It’s true the other way around that the vibrations touch me and communicate the peace to my inner self. This may be the first realization of inner self and outer self fusioning into a common energy and universal matter.
There’s a Hasidic parable which I narrate to you my son, a young child ask an old rabbi, “In the past, in the golden days, we have heard that people use to see God with their own eyes, people use to encounter God. God use to walk the earth. God use to call people by their names. God was very close to men. What has happened now? Why is God not so close? Why can’t we see him directly? Why is he hiding? Where has he gone? Why has he forgotten earth? Why does he not walk here anymore? Why does he not hold the hands of the people stumbling in darkness? He used to do that earlier?
The old rabbi looked at the young child and said, “My son, he is still there where he used to be, but man has forgotten how to stoop low enough to see him.”
May be I will like to meet rabbi and invite him here where you can see Lord walking, breathing, smelling, sleeping and curing, correcting, re-enginnering, creating nature every day, every moment.
I hope you teach everyone as you have taught me to see and feel God. Your qualities of honesty, innocence, courage, fearlessness are essential gradients for anyone to feel the almighty and participate in the application of universal energy for creation matter to improve spiritual being.
My mornings and nights are all filled up with different shades of light with your omnipresence and sense providing me oxygen to breathe and hope to touch your little finger one day in a moment where there is purity of love, honesty and innocence. I hope that day will come, very soon son, very soon… I hope! I pray!
Continuing on our storytelling journey, here is today’s stooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Beta today’s story is taken from the famous folk tales of fables. This is story of a fox and woodcutter. Enjoy!
“
Once upon a time, there lived a woodcutter. One day he was in forest cutting wood. As he was working, he heard a noise behind. Turning around woodcutter was surprised to see a fox standing behind him. The fox was panting and his whole body shook as he trembled.
The fox said to the woodcutter, “Please save me. The hunter and his pack of dogs are chasing me. I’m so tired that I cannot run anymore. “ The woodcutter was afraid, “Fox , you just run into the hut, near the oak tree and stay quite.”
So the fox ran gratefully into the hut near the oak tree and stayed there. He tried hard not to tremble. He even tried to hold his breath. Soon hunter came with all his dogs. The dogs were barking very loudly and were looking everywhere to find where the fox had gone.
Seeing the woodcutter at work, the hunter went up to him and asked, “Hey woodcutter, did you see a fox run this way?” The woodcutter said in a loud voice,” A fox did you say? No I don’t think I saw one.”
The woodcutter was actually very scared of the fox and wanted the hunter to kill the fox. But he dared not to say anything as the fox might hear him and run away.
So, all the time the woodcutter kept saying he had not seen the fox, he kept pointing his finger at the hut near the oak tree in which the fox was hiding.
But the hunter did not understand what the woodcutter was trying to show him. He said angrily, ”Look, I have a fox to catch. Don’t play the fool with me. What do you mean by saying that you have not seen the fox and at the same time pointing your fingers at the hut? Please don’t waste my time.” So saying, the hunter went away with his pack of dogs.
After a little while, the fox came out of the hut. He looked all around and finding that the hunter and his dogs had really gone away, turned to go.
The woodcutter got very angry. “You ungrateful creature,” he said. “ How could you just turn and leave without even thanking me for saving your life?”
“I escaped only because the hunter could not understand that I was inside the hut when you pointed it out to him,” replied fox and went on his way.
HA! HA! HA!
“
Now my dearest Shanu beta, may Lord Krishna bless with a very happiest Holi. May all the evils near your cocooned astitwa vanish with holica in the sacred fire of holi. May the colors of joy leave a permanent colors of bliss on you which are more brighter and colorful than rainbow. May my colors of love and wishes reach you and touch your soul submerging it with compassion, protection and endless love. May gulal of success shine brightly on your forehead as the moon shines on Lord Shiva’s forehead. Here are the few lines from the poem of Rabindranath tagore for you:
“
Color me now before You leave me.
Color me with Your song.
Color me in Your secret melody.
Color me in the light of Your laughter.
Color me with the kindness of Your tears.
May your colors color My very soul.
“
May this poem come true for both you and me. I hope beta and I pray. Happy holi.
Om!
Your Father
