Struggling Father desirous to see his Son - 43

My Dearest Beta Shanu,

How are you beta? A very happy Ram Navmi to you and a very happy and prosperous new year on the event of Ugadi. Dearest beta, we live in a very diverse country Bharat, it is a constitution of small republics with similar motivations and tendencies but different colors of celebrations to recognize these motivations. The beauty lies both how different republics or parishads celebrate the events but also the common link and timing. Well, one the motivations or theories or faiths behind the celebration of Ram Navmi is the nine days of celebration of birth of Lord Rama , Yes beta, Ramji, remember the stories which Dadaji and myself use to tell you about Ramji. The same Raja Dassratha when prayed and executed yajna was blessed with four sons, the eldest one was Ramji, avtar of Lord Vishnu. On this occasion all Hindus devoted to dhrama fast. Some for nine days and some for one day. The advent of New Year motivates all Hindus to embrace the basic attributes of leading a righteous life which are love, compassion and trust. These fundamental laws if practiced with honesty and truth as a baseline, bring harmony. When I say harmony my son, I’m not talking about pseudo - harmony based on materialistic gains. Pseudo – harmony is an illusion which from external looks fancy but from inner it’s hollow and painful. Its very simple to explain when a human being lies but imitates that he is honest, external world may think that he is honest but the inner self of that being brings misery to him and his surroundings, as these nucleuses of actual lies are constant source of negative energies. They ultimately fizz or fuse, the only way to contain them is a positive source of harmony to diffuse or else nature takes its due course and experiences diffuse the negativity. Usually the stipulated moments of occasions sometimes give us chance to introspect and improve ourselves and thus improving the beings surrounding us. In my last letters as I have consistently mentioned, the behavior of you as a being is always a source to best practices for me, as I have been devotee, and hence as a cycle of devotion, observation is also inherent part, and thus the analysis of your behavior leads me to build best practices. You should teach or rather every being should learn the lesson of truthfulness, harmonization, simplicity and egoless from your existence, my son. There is no doubt in my mind that the teachings provided to you by your grandfather and latter myself till the forced separation will be the framework of being as I have seen in you divinity as and when you were born and re-born. I will write my experiences and changes in me as a being before and after fasting for nine days. What I pray and hope is that the devotion continues and may my soul touch yours and tend towards the standards of humility and egoless being, as you are, which is infinity. May no external influences touch my inner self and may sinners realize their true inner self and embrace the path of truth, May all their sins be corrected by Lord and if he thinks that I’m the soul to catalyze, it may it happen and it will happen so that there is peace and harmony is true sense. May your smile create millions and billions of smile and chain reaction. Feel my smile and I will feel yours as the beings can only touch or trouble your exteriors but inner self is only yours and there the lord lives and only you and me or a sage or a saint or common honest being can touch it and let the bliss spread.

So now its time for storyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Today I have taken a story from Fables stories collection. This is the story of bear and the bees. Enjoy the story and have a merry time.

A bear wandering around in a forest was in search of food. It had been several days since the poor bear had eaten a good meal. The thought of his favorite foods, roots, berries and honey made his mouth water. The forest was dense and stretched for miles. The hungry bear plodded along slowly wondering when he was going to find something to appease his hunger.

Suddenly, something hanging on the branch of a tree some distance away, caught his eye. He walked towards the tree to see what had attracted his attention. On drawing closer to the tree, the bear rubbed his eyes with disbelief.

Was it a comb of honey he saw hanging from a branch of the tree? He could not believe his luck! He jumped with joy and peered closely at the comb of honey to see if there were any bees resting in it. There were no bees.

The bear eagerly reached up with his paw to grab the delicious comb of honey.

Just then he heard a loud buzzing sound and was alarmed to see a large swarm of bees rushing towards him. It was the bees. The bees had been busy collecting honey the whole day and had returned to the comb to deposit all the honey they had collected. They were nearing the honeycomb when suddenly, they saw the bear. He was trying to grab all their precious honey. They swarmed towards the bear and stung him angrily.

The bees, stinging, hurt the bear. The bear reeling with pain of the sharp stings, became furious, “If I cannot have the honey then I will not let the bees have it either,” he thought. He then jumped up and tried to grasp the comb of honey so that he could smash it on the ground and destroy it.

The clever bees knew what the bear was up to and started buzzing and stinging him with all their might. The bear stunned with the renewed attack let go of the comb and decided to escape before the bees got the better of him.

He took to his heels but the bees chased him stinging him all the time. They wanted to teach the greedy bear a lesson so that he would never again attempt to steal their honey again.

They had worked very hard to collect the money and did not want the bear to enjoy rewards of their hardwork. They were now very angry and wanted to punish the bear.

The frightened bear raced along, not knowing how to escape from the bees. At last he saw in front of him the river which flowed rapidly through the forest. He ran towards the river and plunged into the cool water. It soothed his stinging skin immediately. He immersed himself completely into the water and waited till the bees finally lost their patience and headed back towards their home.

Then the injured bear got out of the water and slowly made his way back to the forest.

May Lord Rama bless you and may this new year bring you more happiness and bliss. As always I will perform puja and do tilak on your forehead and the arti will reach you both in mornings and evenings. The calmness and happiness of my meditation will provide you bliss and protect you from evil forces and negative energies.

Om!

Regards
Ravi
